- Added 3 new server-side CVARs to control how aggressive Vilecurse Universal behaves. You can now configure the percent chance of a successful resurrection, the time interval
  between attempted resurrections, and the ability to enable or disable boss resurrections. A boss actor must have the flag "+BOSS" defined in their actor properties to be defined as a boss.

- Added spawn event script to capture and store the correct monster health value when they are spawned on the map. Used to properly set health value later if the monster is resurrected.
  This resolves a potential issue where resurrected monsters were not set with the correct health value if the mod adjusted monster health based on either difficulty
  setting or player count.

- Total rework of vilecurse_v1.4.wad to allow a universal approach to how vilecurse works. Any monster, regardless of the mod they come from are now able to resurrect each other
  as long as they have the actor flag "ISMONSTER" set and a corpse is left behind. This version is no longer limited to just default Doom monsters.
